Self-adhesive film is ideal for gluing or refurbishing furniture, interior doors and interior decoration. Thanks to its rich pattern, it will highlight and decorate any part of your surroundings. Self-adhesive foil is the most universal material for decoration.

Gluing instructions:

Before installation, clean the surface of grease, dirt, dust and wipe dry with a clean cloth or tissue. If required, degrease the surface by using a dishwashing detergent or (in case of difficulty) an alkaline solution. Polished, lacquered or painted surfaces are ideal for film application. Coat clean boards or plywood with polyester or primer lacquer. Treat any cracked or uneven surfaces with a wood filler and sand them down with sandpaper. The surface should then be coated with an acrylic-based undercoat to ensure a good adhesion of the film.

Gluing:

Tear off the paper from the film at about 4-5cm.

Put the film on the ground and glue the peeled off edges on.

Slowly pull the foil off the remaining foil with one hand and use the other to smooth it out with a soft cloth or towel.

To avoid the formation of bubbles, move from the centre to the edge of the foil. If bubbles remain, they must be pierced with a needle, to allow the air to escape.

Cleaning and care:

Water is usually sufficient for cleaning. For heavier soiling, normal detergent can be added to the water. Do not use detergents, abrasives or acetone.
